Abstract:
This articles emphasizes specifics of Japanese and American management of human resources in terms of corporate responsibility for sustainable development and contribution of this development to concept of smart cities. The article is elaborated based on own analytic research of selected world's top companies from USA and from Japan. Based on that, theoretical and practical differences in management of human resources are demonstrated. This article is part of solution of Project VEGA č. 1/00302/18 „Smart cities as a possibility to implementation the concept of sustainable urban development in the Slovak Republic“.
