Abstract:

The scientific article presents the author's view on the organizational components of corporate restructuring and the process of planning restructuring changes. The modeling of the use of technology of restructuring of companies at different stages of their life cycle is carried out. Strategic recommendations for the existence of companies after restructuring have been formed.
