Corporate Social Responsibility in Creating the Competitive Advantage of a Micro-Enterprise Based on the Example of the Better Land Online Environmentally-Friendly Drugstore

Abstract:

Corporate social responsibility in creating competitive advantage is currently the topic of many studies and analyses. The purpose of the paper is to provide an answer to the following research question posed by the author: Can a micro-enterprise strengthen its position in the market and achieve a market advantage by functioning according to the CSR concept? If so, how were particular fields of the enterprise’s functioning designed? In order to obtain an answer to the posed research question, the author presented a method in which the Better Land online environmentally-friendly drugstore, by functioning based on corporate social responsibility principles, strengthened its market position and then achieved competitive advantage.
