Abstract:
Many of us perceive the public administration as an institution searching for and providing CSR projects and activities. Is the Municipal Office a socially responsible institution, which is an example and its employees themselves are interested in this concept? The article describes fundamental aspects of the implementation of the CSR concept in municipal office environment, defines basic roles, areas, benefits and added value of this concept for Municipal Office. The success of this implementation is dependent to a large extent to the degree of involvement of its employees, raising the level of awareness about internal CSR projects and the application of appropriate incentive tools.
