Abstract:

This practitioner research insight explores how the usage patterns of reports targeted at internal decision-making evolved upon imposing COVID-19 restrictions Europe-wide that led to temporary Home Office conditions in a number of countries. The experiences of a multi-national Facility Management are discussed. The contribution identifies some short-term corrective measures and provides the rationale for permanent post-lockdown changes.
