Abstract:

The paper is focused on current issues and specifically on risk analysis. Risk analysis should become a routine part of decision-making in every company. In today's changing times it is necessary to focus on risk, because changes can produce risks and risks can produce changes.  Authors of the article deal with descriptions of the methods of risks identification and their linked with methods that encourage creativity. Creativity is needed particularly in the identification of risks, which is important for the team to try to generate as many risks that the company may occur. The benefit of this paper is the combination of these two seemingly not related problematic and pointing out the advantage of their connections.
