Abstract:
A contemporary problem facing almost every state is the fear of what will happen tomorrow from its neighbors, those nearby, and those further afield. Decision-makers in almost every field indicate that the security of families, states, and individuals requires a reassessment and analysis of various factors that influence existence and future development. Events and the directions the world is taking today are unclear, even surprising, contributing to disorientation, impotence, and a lack of ideas for a quick solution.
Given these prospects, one of the fundamental trends should be the search for new security concepts and innovative education and training methods that could minimize the risk of health damage or even loss of life. It's no trivialization that threats have always inspired discussion of topics related to their impact on human thought, the development of human existence in aspects of ordinary daily life, and the resulting commercialization of business-related issues. However, the current times are actually determining the need to take action aimed at pointing not only towards considerations, but also towards actions aimed, above all, at bringing peace of mind to every citizen of the globe.
With the above in mind, an attempt was made to identify one of the directions of work related to ensuring human safety: training aimed at preparing for a negative stimulus. Hence, the main goal of this study emerged: to present an exemplary crisis event trainer solution, a potential educational and training tool that will constitute a fundamental training element in the future fight against emerging threats. The research problem in the article is formulated as the question: Can the presented technical and functional solution influence decision-making in the area of broadly understood crisis management? The research hypothesis of the study is formulated as follows: contemporary global threats have a significant impact on the development of threat awareness, including the development of tools necessary for training and training activities.
The study conducted a secondary analysis of literature sources and presented the concept of a systemic solution that would fulfill a training, training, and operational role. This provided the basis for drawing conclusions regarding the need to build uniform and coherent crisis management systems based on reliable software, constituting the basis for the functioning of an informed society..
