Abstract:
The article considers the laws of development of the economy of modern Kazakhstan.A critical analysis of state programs shows their low efficiency.Institutional changes cannot ensure the accelerated development of the economy in conditions of recovery from the crisis. The country’s economy remains dependent on raw materials and poorly diversified. State initiatives to accelerate the creation of market development institutions do not receive sufficient support from the public and business because they are largely formal and do not take into account the natural development period.
