Abstract:

Consumer buying decision is influenced by the new way of business which has greatly changed the trend of shopping. This is the facility of interactive multimedia in the market regardless of their location and distance.It also generates a huge source of benefit and opportunities for different type of business. Although the process of having customers through internet might seem easy, it is very difficult to attract customers to buy online. Four major psychological factors which affect customer shopping decision are motivation, perception, belief and attitude (Armstrong & Kotler, 2000). There is a need for each business to understand its consumer behavior in order to be successful in business. In other words they should have an effective website. It helps us to understand why some people buy through the websites and why some of them leave the process without doing any transaction through online.
