Abstract:

The article shows the role of crypto assets in the financial security system of the region. Subject - crypto assets. The purpose of the article is to form a theoretical basis for the development of proposals on the system of measures to ensure financial security. Method – interpretation and classification of phenomena by means of formal logic. A fundamentally new class of assets is considered. The directions of the use of crypto assets in the financial security system of the organization, including identity information management, tokenization as an asset management system, payments, copyright protection, smart contracts, Internet of things, electronic voting, anonymous message transmission, and the fight against DDoS attacks are highlighted. Expansion and systematization of methods of ensuring financial security of the region ensures its adequate functioning in modern conditions.
