Abstract:
For about the last 20 years, Russia has seen an unprecedented increase of interest in education innovatization, the introduction of new social practices in the scientific and educational process. As a result, the management and cultural paradigm of higher education itself is being filled up with the content of “innovativeness”, and is formally designed to ensure the implementation of present goals intended to form a special type of the personality of a professional (“innovator”) in higher education. To understand and verify such significant transformations, theoretical and empirical studies of various aspects of the problem are conducted, but the key issue of the cultural conflict “traditions and innovations” of higher education often remains out of research interests.
