Customer Relationship Management: State-of-the-Art Review and Applications in banking sectors

Abstract:

Customer relationship management (CRM) have been implemented for a decade ago. However, the concept of CRM is fairly new and to date there is no commonly agreed definition of CRM. This paper explored the nebulous definitions and the applications of CRM in banking through a comprehensive review of academic as well as practitioner’s literature. This paper can be valuable to researchers, practitioners and CRM vendors who are studying, planning or implementing a contemporary CRM system.
