Abstract:

The present article is concerned with the problem of cybersecurity in the infosphere of Russian Federation. The authors define this process and identify cybersecurity main tasks and their solutions. Particular attention is paid to the study of Russian regulatory framework, as well as the study of cyberspace development trends. Conclusion contains findings, on the basis of which we propose methods to eliminate shortcomings of Russian legal regulation in the field of cybersecurity.
