Abstract:

This paper was created under the research project IGA/FaME/2012024 focused on production planning problems and research project GAČR 402/08H051 that, besides other things, deals with connections of simulations models in production systems. Previous results of the project GAČR were presented at last IBIMA conferences. The paper describes the final phase of a study where new methods for data exchange between simulation models of several various software applications were proposed. Microsoft Office Excel was chosen as a mediator system that provides data interchange. Input data for simulation models is usually loaded directly from ERP system. For our example was chosen ERP Microsoft Dynamics NAV.
