Abstract:

Inter-firm competition is less between the end products but on the portfolios of competencies. Production of key competencies of the business remains for researchers in different disciplines to solve a question. Understanding the process of building and skills development is crucial for management researchers. This article proposes to articulate the fundamentals of contemporary strategic thinking including: organizational learning, core competencies and organizational performance. It aims to determine the extent of organizational learning allows a company to be efficient through the development of key skills. The idea that conveys this article is that the company fails to be effective only if it manages to develop key skills and capitalizing on this knowledge and experience with organizational learning.
