Abstract:

Today, the use of computer technology in achieving production but also in decision making at the microeconomic level has become an important factor of competitive advantage for any company, regardless of industry.  Enterprises in Romania, dynamically linked to the environment that they operate (and as a consequence of the process of globalization), in recent years have started to use widely the benefits of using computer technology in decision making. To illustrate how modeling applications can help in decision making at the microeconomic level, we presented Forecast sale of goods on a company A using application called it in a generic way DELMS (Delphi for Modeling and Simulation).
