Abstract:

Some considerations regarding the decision support systems (DSS) are presented, an analytics driven solution for the hospitality sector is proposed. The theoretical framework establishes the development coordinates, an agile SCRUM approach has been proven suitable. Implementation was in QlikView fulfilled, one of the today's business intelligence (BI) leaders. Due to the challenges of the different security aspects, some considerations regarding the security of the Information Layer have been presented.
