Abstract:

The expansion and technological advancements have enabled deep learning to be used in various fields. When it comes to information retrieval, deep learning technology has been utilized significantly. Deep learning has necessitated the need to come up with exceptional ways for automatic image retrieval. Currently, text-based and image content-based are the two techniques used for automatic image retrieval. This paper compares the different algorithms that can be used for successful image retrieval. The various algorithms under comparison include machine learning, supervised machine learning, classification, and deep learning.
