Abstract:
Many companies in Germany are currently working on the challenges of demographic change and digitization. On the one hand, digitization brings with it ever faster development cycles in almost all areas of the business environment, on the other hand, it is becoming a necessity to integrate more and more older workers into state-of-the-art, digitized work environments. It is important to make the knowledge and experience of the older employees and the know-how of the younger employees available to the companies in the best possible way.
