Departmentalization to the Division of Contemporary Work through Group Organization Strategies

Abstract:

In the social sciences we are examining how the origin of modern organizational systems starting from the classical theory of Fayol's Departmentalization are intrinsically linked to the theory of change. Starting from needs and critical issues in work organization systems, the purpose of this article is to draw a link between the contemporary organization of the division of labor and the structuring and management of the group. The groups, according to this study, represent the function category in the organizational and administrative structures. The purpose of this article is to propose on these issues a fusion between social and economic sciences to propose an innovative point of view to the organization's sciences. The descriptive methodology used to organize the work and to focus attention on the dynamics within the groups.
