Designing a brainware model for Social responsibility of bionic organizations

Abstract:

Bionic organizations as complex reengineering after 2000, for transparency and accountability to
customers, employees, shareholders and other Stakeholder towards performance obligations should the value of social responsibility to play and competence to ensure that the value of interaction between inside and outside the organization appear to be good. Organizational values and social responsibility regardless of their product and services benefits will be mutual. So the organization function more transparent, ethical approach and a more coherent and takes advantage of society and other interested parties more satisfaction how interactions and participation between will. In this paper, a model for the design of social responsibility, citing the organization through adaptive management experts and considered the best practical experience and also weighted using mathematical models for a series of statistical techniques to calculate the average technical coefficients and paired comparison model and software Statistical MATLAB have been used and finally a little brainware social responsibility in bionic organizations is presented.
