Abstract:

One of the basic features of a modern, agriculture is the integration, which involves the rational use of resources, providing a superior capitalization of the production, reducing the production costs, applying an up to date management and marketing, increase the overall economic efficiency of enterprises in agriculture and agro alimentary sector. The purpose of this study aimed the management and marketing improvement of agricultural and agro alimentary integrated units, and also, the increase of opportunities to access various sources of financing for those development and consolidation. Designing the informatics’ system was based on the current situation in recent years on: land cultivation, livestock, fixed assets, the total production, production costs, selling prices, subsidies, credits, total revenues, financial expenditure, etc. These data were analyzed for each sector of the integrated system: the vegetal sector, animal husbandry sector, combined feed factory, slaughterhouse, cold stores, processing units and shops for products marketing. Based on these elements, has made the logical layout and the informatics program regarding the present situation and forecasts of the future.  To verify the functionality of the program, it had been used data from the SC KOSAROM SA Paşcani. The group of firms KOSAROM includes four companies working in the integrated system. Cereals produced by S.C. Agricola S.A. Tg. Frumos are raw material for the two combined feed factories which provides food for meat chicken from SC Avi – Top SA Iaşi and swine from S.C. Suinprod. S. A. Roman. KOSAROM provide raw materials from its own sources even from the animal feed under the Safe feed - Safe food principle. Turnover presented an upward trend, reaching in 2007 over 20 million euros. Also, the unit joined a significant market share, which was differentiated as follows: 6.8% - Moldavia area and 2.3% - Romania.
