Abstract:
Based on the growth of the Internet, Corporate Intranets were developed and evolved in order to satisfy internal communication and information exchange requirements. To that end, the acceptance of Corporate Intranets in today’s business world is pivotal factor in determining the success or failure of implementing e-business to support organizational needs. This study test previously developed models to identify factors that are perceived to affect the decision to adopt corporate Intranet to establish ebusiness environment. Several factors were identified as significantly affecting users’ adoption of corporate Intranet in Tunisian companies: perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, information quality, compatibility, and computer self efficacy, personal innovativeness, superior pressure, peer pressure, self image, Tech support, and Top management Support.
