Abstract:

Green property has taken on increased significance in recent years, with ‘green building’ becoming increasingly important to stakeholder, owners, tenants and government. The purpose of this paper is to identify the factor of green property management conceptual framework for property development projects in Malaysia. This paper is based on a literature review of published work within the industry in relation to green property management, forming a basis for a further research paradigm.
