Abstract:

The slowdown in the innovative development of enterprises in various industries is due to some reasons including inadequate staff qualification, low enterprise activity in innovations, investments reduction in the fixed capital of the enterprise accompanied by an increase in depreciation of fixed assets, etc. Having environmental and socio-economic situation actively changing on a global scale, implementation of any activities for strengthening competitive advantages without taking sustainable development of the public into account is futile. The main task of modern Russian economy is to achieve economic growth by increasing the competitiveness of domestic enterprises based on the generation of new knowledge. The authors’ approach considers the innovative strategy model developing in terms of the flows of knowledge.
