Development of a Digital Communication Plan: The case for NordVPN Teams

Abstract:

This paper present a work that have conduct internal and external analysis of NordVPN Teams in the US market for B2B VPN solutions that would help discover company's strengths and weaknesses. It was performed a qualitative empirical research that helped to identify the decision-making process and online media preferences of the target market and to provide managerial solutions to NordVPN teams in regard to the digital communication plan and its implementation. There was made a qualitative research method that was used to conduct semi-structured on-on-one interviews with 11 senior information technology and information security professionals which can be considered as the target market of NordVPN Teams. The research has disclosed the stakeholders and details of the decision-making process in organizations that are part of NordVPN Teams target market. Moreover, it has revealed the target audience’s online media preferences and habits, preferred digital channels and tools. The results helped provide managerial solutions and suggestions for NordVPN Teams digital communication plan for the USA.
