The goal of the research is to develop a functional strategy for the quality reproduction of human resources in an industrial corporation in the context of economy digitalization. Methods of research. The study is based on the analysis of human resource reproduction in an industrial corporation and the formulation of human resource development strategy using a deterministic approach. Results. The technology of forming a strategy for the human resources quality reproduction in a large industrial corporation in the context of digitalization has been developed.
