Abstract:

Presented article introduces the concept of Public Private Partnership and results of PPP4Broadband SEE project. Project was implemented under SEE programme as searching for solutions for Digital agenda for Europe 2020 (European Commission, 2010) support. Project used experts gathered in a Centres of Expertise in each partner country to analyse national legislation framework regarding the Public-Private Partnership and state of art regarding the Broadband coverage. Based on the results of the research 9 PPP models best suitable for broadband development were suggested and are briefly introduced in the paper.
