Abstract:
The system of education penetrates into all society structures, relates to each economy sector and any sphere of human activity, which means that the trends of the development in the strategic programs of socio-economic development of the region can be proposed only from the perspective of taking into account direct and spillover effects of education system impact on the society. The article examines strategies for assessment of changes influence in professional and higher education over processes of social and economic development of the region; the model of educational institute development on the basis of principles of digital economy is proposed. The current state of professional and higher education in Voronezh Oblast is considered.
