Abstract:
The world economy of the late 20th-21st centuries is marked by rapid changes that resulted from the ''intergrowth'' of the industrial society into an information society. That is why the traditional economy is currently acquiring a new form of economic activity. This form has received the name of network economy, in which the transformation of institutional relations is based on the intensive use of Internet technologies, where the economic phenomenon of e-commerce, in particular, its basic component, electronic trading takes a due place (The World Bank, 2016).
