Development of Motivational Management on the Basis of a Multi-Agent Approach

Abstract:

This article is devoted to the problems of the process optimization of mastering new competences by employees, which may be resolved by the creation of an internal corporate social network with an integrated multi-agent system responsible for analyzing employees' competences, searching for matches and selecting of the most suitable employees for mastering the relevant competence, assigning remuneration for successful mastering that satisfies the needs of the enterprise as well as the needs of the employee. This process can be implemented using the principles of needs and capabilities networks. The methodological basis of the study is the logical, system and statistical approaches to solve the problem posed. The article identifies the main factors affecting the adaptability of the personnel of an enterprise, including the hierarchy of the management structure, the self-organization of company employees and the constant development of professional competences. The authors revealed that the fundamental factor for the successful organizations functioning is the development by the personnel of relevant competences. It was concluded that a large contribution should be made by the employee himself, who independently develops new skills and competences. However, the majority of employees in Russian companies do not have sufficient motivation for constant self-improvement, which undoubtedly affects the efficiency of Russian companies. Therefore, the economic systems of various levels need to improve constantly the system of motivational management. One of the stimulation methods may be an additional remuneration for mastering new skills demanded by organizations.
