Abstract:
The organization of special economic zones is an important instrument of public administration. Through the organization of these zones, the state authorities can achieve the following goals: attract foreign investment, introduce advanced technologies for the production of goods and services, create new jobs for highly qualified personnel, and develop foreign trade. When organizing special economic zones, the state spends significant funds, including the creation of infrastructure. As a result, there is a problem of payback of public investments and increasing their effectiveness.
