Abstract:

This article discusses the formation and development of industrial production in the innovation economy in Russia. To do this, the analysis of the dynamics and structure of foreign trade of the country has been revealed the dependence of Europe on Russian natural gas and has been justified share of exports and imports in GDP. The special role of the formation of the strategy of import-substituting as a system of incentives to support the national production of export products has been emphasizes. The main strategic directions of industrial policies have been suggested. This paper was carried out within the state scientific task No 26.2671.2014/K "Theoretical and methodological basis for the development and implementation of a cluster-based policy at the regional level and scientific and methodological foundations of the tools of the structural benchmarks of the regional social and economic system".
