Abstract:

The aim of the article is to: recognize the essence of phenomenology, show various threads and paths of phenomenological thought in theories implemented in sciences, identify the mechanism and manifestations of phenomenology based on the literature on the subject and develop an original model of phenomenology. The method of critical analysis of the literature and the inductive method was used. The article aims to create a bridge for the conceptualization of phenomenological security to management, in which the phenomenological vision of work lies beyond the "pure" economic interpretation
