Abstract:
This research aims to present solutions to improve the relationship between traders and consumers in traditional markets, given the changes in consumer behavior due to the pandemic context, COVID 19. The first part of the article presents the theoretical aspects of the evolution of the agri-food products market. The second part considers the relations between consumer and producer made following the changes brought by the digitization phenomenon. The third part presents the model through which consumers can purchase products through a software system made available to them by the local administration to avoid moving to markets and overcrowding. The last part describes, at a technical level, the implications used in the realization of the system, including the presentation of the Cloud solutions that will support its functionality.
