Abstract:
Described development results for digital instruments of decision support to high latitude maritime management under climate change. The study uses situational analysis, risk management approach, web technologies and methods of building databases in distributed networks. The use of remote sensing and simulation data is recommended to improve the efficiency and reliability of the high latitude maritime management. As essential research result, it is proposed to use aggregated modular decision support instrument, which integrate heterogeneous resources within distributed networks. As study results, there are demonstrated examples of high latitude maritime logistics in 2020-2021 years. The presented in article research results have significant scientific novelty and can be useful for different stakeholders in the area of high latitude maritime management within environmental economics under climate change.
