Abstract:

The impact of the purposes and possibilities of public administration is discussed in the article, and it is postulated that the modern digital technology in the near future will ensure the creation of basic platforms, which will minimize the human factor, automate the collection of statistical, tax and other information, as a result of the increases the effectiveness of the system of public administration. However, the solution of this problem requires substantial changes in the legislative and regulatory framework, education, formation of the research and technical skills, information infrastructure and information security.
