Abstract:

This study presents the main disadvantages of information support for decision making in construction industry and their consequences. The analysis of approaches and digital information about relationship of participants and their interaction in investment and construction projects implementation collection algorithms has developed. A classification of IoT platforms for digital data collection and management in construction is presented. An algorithm for digital information collection has been proposed, which allows monitoring investment programs in construction, as well as monitoring existing capital construction projects.
