At the same time, internal effects are associated with improving various aspects of the company's life and its economic performance. External effects affect customer relationships, competitiveness, and the company's position in the market. Of particular interest for this purpose are sustainability studies, which provide a viable research model for evaluating and confirming the potential impact of digitalization elements on economic, environmental, and social sustainability. Thus, digitalization of processes in the enterprise can be considered as a kind of green IT-focused on digital transformation and sustainable business models.
