Abstract:
The practice of social work has as one of its main characteristics the constant interaction with the users, object of their attention and intervention. In these interaction processes, communication constitutes a fundamental dynamic for the identification and solution of social problems, since social interaction is based on a communicative dimension. In the context of virtuality, accelerated in the context of the covid-19 pandemic, various interactions in social work have moved towards digital spaces. The communication processes, in this way, have now been placed in the virtual world. The document proposes an approach to some reflections on the aspects of electronic communication in social work and the relevance of the issue in the process of training future social workers.
