Abstract:
In modern conditions, digitalization is one of the fundamental processes in the economy of the Russian Federation, under the influence of which not only new types of professions, goods and services are formed, but also challenges for enterprises and the organization of various fields of activity are. In 2015 Russian universities actively began to introduce digital technologies in the educational process, which was reflected in the development of online courses and the introduction of new disciplines. More than 3 years have been passed since the digital transformation of education has come. As part of the study, the authors identified and systematized the main factors of digitalization of higher educational institutions. Also, the authors analyzed the current level of digitalization of the leading universities in Russia. Evaluation of digitalization was carried out in the framework of the Program "5-100-2020". According to the results of the study, the growth points for the leading scientific and educational centers of the country were determined.
