Abstract:

The authors reviewed the concept of "digital economy" and its directions of development at the level of the Russian Federation by studying the regulatory and legal framework and expert opinion on this issue. The structure and tasks of the program "Digital Economy of the Russian Federation" are analyzed. The "Information Society Development Strategy" and the National Technological Initiative are considered. Planned results of introduction of digital economy are covered.
