Abstract:
The main trends and directions of development of the global industrial robots market are examined in the paper. One of the urgent tasks when robotizing production is to determine the number of reduced jobs. Therefore, a model describing the dynamics of changes in jobs during the introduction of industrial robots is presented in the paper. In the model, the main input parameters based on statistical data are indicators of the number of implementation of robotic complexes, as well as the number of reduced and created jobs attributable to the introduction and operation of one industrial robot. As a result of the modeling, the number of reduced jobs were found to be in the range from 49.5% to 61.2% of the total number of all jobs by 2050 worldwide due to the introduction of industrial robots within the concept of Industry 4.0.
