Abstract:

On the way to digitization, companies are implementing their work and production processes with the help of information and communication technology. As an equivalent to this, administrative modernization is taking place in federal, provincial and municipal authorities. There are interface problems especially in the interaction of change management in small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and electronic administrative work, which are illustrated in this article using the example of the application for the program "Promotion of entrepreneurial know-how". The reason for this is a lack of know-how in the organization of all parties involved and on the technical level a lack of usability for the stakeholders.
