Abstract:

The open data and social and economic values created by their use in various areas have gained undisputed importance along with the concept of Society 5.0 (Salas et al. 2020, Rantala et al. 2020, Pafi et al. 2020, Huyer 2020, Verhulst & Young 2016, Zeleti et al. 2016). There are various techniques of open data processing. Regression models, used to explain or forecast phenomena, are among them. Before starting modelling techniques first, relevant data must be collected and prepared, and adjusted (Kwak SK, Kim, 2017; Leys et al., 2018; Pollet van der Meij, 2017; Wirth, Hipp 2000, Huber et al. 2019).
