Abstract:
Research on coronavirus-19 dismantling for micro and small businesses in Yogyakarta is motivated by the COVID-19 pandemic. Encouraging innovation for micro, small and medium enterprises to continue to exist by changing their business culture. Removing the old culture and engaging with the new culture is called dismantling. A qualitative research approach is a case study of MSME actors gathered in the home business camp (HBC) and business partner organizations (KaMU). Data were collected through interviews via social media, observation, and literature study. The presence of Covid 19 was responded to positively by HBC and KaMU members. The driving factors for positive thinking on HBC and KaMU are religion, psychology, and education. So that UMKM players can take the lesson by innovating quickly, carrying out a new normal with a new culture. This research needs to be continued with broader informants, and these findings need to be disseminated to MSME actors who experience business stagnation to suppress psychological pressure.
