Abstract:

Ensuring the continuity of the flow of goods in the supply chain is the basis for its functioning. Disruptions appear as part of many “new types” of supply chains, as well as a risk factor. The article presents the results of pilot studies on factors disrupting flows in the road transport process, which were selected on the basis of a literature review, and their probability and effect were evaluated by respondents in surveys. The results of the research are a contribution to further research, covering other branches of transport, as well as disruptions in other processes of supply chains
