Abstract:

The article considers main theoretical and practical aspects of the dividend policy in Russian companies in the post-crisis period as well as the peculiarities of its implementation in modern conditions. The research is based on the analysis of more than 1000 Russian companies for the period 2009-2015, whose shares are traded on the MICEX. We have singled out the key factors that influence the dividend policy in Russia and given a description of the main stages of its development.
