Abstract:

The paper examines the resource support for the renewal of the sphere of Russian trade, identifies the main problems of innovative development of trade and technological systems. Resource problems of innovative development of trade are determined by significant structural imbalances in the state, regulatory and legal support of sectors of the national economy, low innovation activity of industrial enterprises. It is defined that one of the most perspective directions of development of retail trade in the conditions of transformation of economy is the marketing management understood as the market-oriented organizational and administrative activity which is the most corresponding to a competitive situation, to inquiries of consumers and partners.
