Abstract:

The article include information about analyze of development of volunteering in Russia since 2012. Volunteering regard as special form of Social and Labour relations which allowing participants to increase their human and social capital. Concludes that there is no strong correlation from type of State system, which based on research of development of volunteering abroad.
